Q: "I don't have any exercise equipment, what do I need to get started?"
A: You do not need any equipment to get started, I will bring everything you need. All you need is the desire to better yourself.
Q: "I have never worked out before, can you still work with me?"
A: It does not matter if you have never worked out before, I can help you. We all have to start somewhere.
Q: "I have been working out for a long time, but have hit a plateau, can you help me?"
A: I can help no matter what fitness level you are. I have trained people from 87 years old, to a Marine. If you hit a plateau, you are probably not changing up your workout enough. I always give you new exercises to keep you from getting bored, and to help with muscle confusion.
Q: "Do you ever do groups?"
A: I love doing groups also. I can do them at your house, or I do have some at my house in the evenings also."
Q: "I am pregnant, can I still workout?"
A: You should absolutely workout! Doctors recommend pregnant women workout during their whole pregnancy. (Unless you are high risk) I have worked with many pre and post natal women.
Q: "I have a bad back, can you help?"
A: I have helped a lot of people with bad backs, and necks. I do a lot of core training with people with bad backs. We also do a lot of stretching.
