My philosophy is not just about giving you an amazing workout. (Although I always aim to give you an amazing workout!) Total fitness is more than just exercise. There are 4 pieces to this puzzle. What your diet consists of is vitally important. It is not just about what you do not eat, but also what good food you are putting in your body. I also talk about the importance of water. I go over all this with you. The next piece is exercise. I will go over what to do when you are not with me. The 3rd piece is sleep. How much and the importance of sleep is vitally important. The last piece is how you handle stress. We all have stress, it is how you handle it that matters. (I have an autistic son, so I am talking from experience.)
